Eleven years of work, then a legal form to match it.
Marouf Adeyemi began in 2014 as an initiative: water points, support for schools and community assistance, largely in Benin. In 2025 it was entered in the German Vereinsregister as a non-profit association and recognised as gemeinnützig. Registration in Benin is planned next.
We are led by a volunteer board and eleven active volunteers across six functional teams. Our work is organised in four worlds and six programmes.

Human-Oriented Pathways for Europe: pre-departure preparation for young people from Benin entering lawful vocational training in Germany. Language, skills, documentation and integration — at no cost to the candidate, at any stage.
Three pilot occupations are defined: warehouse logistics, industrial electronics, and hotel and restaurant work. The first cohort is planned for 2027.

Kindora — giving that connects, not just collects.
Kindora is the platform we are building: simple giving for donors, straightforward CSR for companies, volunteer matching, and a way for NGOs that have never met to find each other and apply for calls together.
Donations marked for Kindora are used for the platform's development only.
A future goal, stated plainly
Marouf Adeyemi e.V. is a designated recipient of the Water Token Impact Vault. We are not the issuer and not the operator. Nothing is live: it depends on regulatory completion and on public acceptance of digital assets. We will report on it only when it exists.
How giving works right now
Bank transfer, card, PayPal or direct crypto transfer to wallets held by the association. A donation receipt (Spendenbescheinigung) is issued on request for any amount.
